THE WELLS 1-4 SHEPPEY UTD

The Wells suffered their first league defeat since 5th October as they were put to a second half sword by a ruthless Sheppey Utd.

Laurent Hamici gave the visitors a 18mins lead when he converted from close range.

Ryan Cheek levelled for The Wells when he headed home a corner on 37mins.

A quick fire treble of goals put the Ites out of sight when Dan Bradshaw 60,66 ( Pen ) and Rob Denness 61 converted to condemn The Wells to their fourth defeat of the season.

With the 3 teams directly below them all losing, The Wells remain in 5th on 28pts.

RICHARD STYLES REACTION - The best team won today, good game, played the right way with 2 teams trying to win it in a great advert for the SCEFL League. Scoreline isn’t a fair reflection on the game but credit to Sheppey and deserved the points today.
Positives and a number of things to work on our end, but it’s only December and the journey has just begun.
Thanks to all @TWFCsupporters who came out today and were fantastic As always #UpTheRoyals

Next up The Wells look to bounce back when they travel to Lordswood next Saturday.

Kick Off 3pm.
