The Wells 3-5 Sheppey Utd

The Wells slipped to their sixth home defeat of the season going down 3-5 to Sheppey Utd.
The Ites took the lead through a Luke Hackett own goal after former Wells
Striker Richard Atkins crossed the ball and Hackett deflected into his own net after a superb Steve Lawerence save.

A brace from James Pinnock gave The Wells the lead either side of half time 42,46mins before Sheppey equalised and then restored their lead through Miller-Neave 55mins and Josh Froggatt 57,71mins.

The Wells reduced the deficit from the penalty spot after Sheppey keeper Dean Warford saw red for violent conduct and Josh Biddlecombe powered home the resulting spot kick.

The result means The Wells who have won just once in their last ten outings now drop into the bottom 3, 4pts above next weekends opponents Fisher.
